JULY Call Outreach. Powered by JULY AI.
It follows up until they say yes, no, or stop.
Give it a goal and a list. It calls, texts and emails, in new words every time, remembers every answer, and books the meeting itself.

Real AI · fictional business
Try it on your own phone.
Pick a business with a goal. It calls or texts you and goes after that goal. Answer however you like.
Signing appointment reminder
Beatrice reminds a client that their documents are ready to sign and gets them to pick a time to come in.
Beatrice from Harbourside Notary Public
Goal reached when the person names a day and time to come in.
The businesses are fictional; the AI is the real one. One demo per number and three per visitor a day. Calls are not recorded. We keep your first name, your number, the scenario you try and how it went, for 2 years, so a person at JULY Call can follow up. Privacy Policy

How it works
Give it a goal. It does the following up.
Most follow-up dies because nobody has time to make the third call. This makes the third call, and the fourth text, kindly, and stops the moment there is an answer.
- 01
You set the goal
Deliver a message, book a time, get a yes, get an answer, or get people to show up. Add the facts it may use, the channels and a deadline.
- 02
It makes the first touch
A call, a text or an email, in your business's name. It says who it is and why it's in touch.
- 03
It listens and answers
Questions get answered from your brief. A time gets booked with your team. Every answer is written down.
- 04
Next time, a new angle
No reply? It comes back another day, maybe on another channel, with a new angle and fresh words.
- 05
Yes, no or stop ends it
The thread closes with the reason on the record. A stop on any channel stops every channel.
Eight angles, in this order
Each touch takes the next angle, and sees every word it sent before. That is why no two messages read alike.
- 01
Introduce
Who it is, why it's in touch, and the one thing that matters to them.
- 02
What they get
The benefit, in their words, not yours.
- 03
One easy question
Easy to answer, and it moves things forward.
- 04
A real detail
A date, a place, a name or a number from your brief.
- 05
Two options
Two concrete times or ways to answer. They pick.
- 06
A light reminder
Points back to the last message without repeating it.
- 07
The real deadline
Said plainly, with no pressure words.
- 08
A gracious last note
The door stays open, and thanks for their time.
Per industry
Six businesses. Six goals.
These are the scenarios in the live test at the top of this page. Each runs the same AI that answers the phone for that kind of business, with the same rules about what it may say.

Eleanor reminds a supporter when and where to vote and asks whether they plan to, and who they are leaning toward.
Done when the person says whether they plan to vote and which way they lean, or declines to say.
Eleanor, the Hannah Whitford campaign office
Try itThe numbers
The numbers, and where they come from.
Most people let a call from a number they don't know ring out. So it matters who is calling, and that someone can actually answer when they pick up.
8 in 101
Americans say they generally don't answer a cellphone call from a number they don't know.
86%2
of calls from unknown numbers go unanswered, in Hiya's 2026 survey of more than 12,000 consumers in six countries.
Your number
Calls can come from your own business number once it's verified, so people see a number they know, not a stranger's.
100
calls at the same time, at most, each one a real two-way conversation. Texts and email go out alongside.
8 angles
Each touch takes the next angle and sees every word sent before, so the follow-up comes in fresh words.
Never forgets
Every person on the list gets their next touch on time, until the goal, a no or a stop.
Not a robocall
Nothing like an old robocall.
A robocall is a recording. It can't listen, can't answer and can't book, so people hang up on it. This is a conversation that goes after one goal, politely, and knows when to stop.
| An old robocall | JULY Call Outreach |
|---|---|
| A one-way recording | A conversation |
| Can't answer a question | Answers from your brief |
| Can't book anything | Books into your calendar |
| Blocked and ignored | Your own verified number |
| The same message every time | New words every touch |
| No memory | Remembers every answer |
| Stops when the budget runs out | Stops when they say yes, no or stop |
Compliance
Consent first. Stop means stop.
Canada's rules for calling and texting people are part of how it works, not a setting you might forget to switch on.
CASL consent
No campaign runs without a recorded basis for contacting people. Every text carries STOP, every email an unsubscribe link.
CRTC calling hours
Calls go out only inside the CRTC's calling hours, local time: weekdays 9 am to 9:30 pm, weekends 10 am to 6 pm.
Do Not Call rules
Every campaign records why it may call: express consent, an existing relationship, a political campaign or a registered charity. Anyone who says stop goes on your own do-not-call list and stays there unless they opt back in.
Voter Contact Registry
Voter contact calls in a federal election period must be registered with the CRTC. A political campaign records its Voter Contact Registry registration with its consent basis.
Who's calling, said first
Every call opens with the business's name, why it's calling, that this is its virtual assistant, and a recording notice.
One opt-out ledger
A stop on any channel ends every channel, and the receptionist's follow-ups stop too. Timestamped, and kept with the contact.
Every touch logged
Every call, text, email and reply lands on the contact's timeline, with the outcome and the message or the call's summary.
Never poses as a person
It introduces itself as the business's virtual assistant and never claims to be human, even when asked.
These describe how JULY Call Outreach works; they are not certifications. You stay responsible for having the right to contact the people on your list. Questions: support@july.ca.
Pricing
Call for pricing
Outreach is priced by use: the minutes the AI spends on calls and the messages it sends. Tell us the goal, how many people, which channels and by when, and we send your quote within one business day.
Every campaign includes
- Calls, texts and email (WhatsApp too, once your business's WhatsApp sender is approved)
- Your brief, your business's name, your number
- Bookings made straight into your JULY Call appointments
- Every touch logged, every outcome counted
A quote within one business day
Call us, or write. We'll price it for your list.
The goal, how many people, which channels and by when. That is all we need to quote. The phone is answered by JULY AI, of course.
Straight answers
What owners ask about outreach
Who can it contact, and on what basis?
People you have a right to contact under Canada's anti-spam law and the CRTC's rules: customers who said yes, people with an existing relationship with your business, and, for campaigns and registered charities, the people those rules allow. You record that basis on the campaign before anything goes out, and it stays with the campaign.
How does it stop?
The moment someone says stop, in plain words (stop, remove me, don't text me), every channel stops, and the receptionist's follow-ups stop too. A clear no closes the thread as well. It also stops on its own when the deadline passes or the attempts you set are used up.
What happens when someone replies with a question?
It answers from your brief in a sentence or two, then gets back to the goal with one question. If the answer isn't in your brief, it says the team will confirm, and the question is on the thread for you.
Can a political campaign use it?
Yes. A campaign office can remind supporters when and where to vote, ask whether they plan to and how they lean, and offer a ride or a sign. It says it's the campaign's virtual assistant, never argues, never talks about other candidates and never takes a donation over the phone. Election-period calls need your CRTC Voter Contact Registry registration, which you record on the campaign.
How many people can it reach at once?
Up to 100 calls at the same time, each a real two-way conversation. Texts and email go out alongside them inside each channel's hours, and every person gets their own thread.
What gets logged?
Every touch: each call with its outcome and a short summary, each text and email it sent, each reply, and where it ended: a booked time, a yes, a no, a stop or a “try me later”. It all sits on the contact's timeline, and the campaign shows how many reached the goal.
Can it use WhatsApp?
Once your business's WhatsApp sender is approved. You ask for it in your settings, and we register the sender with Meta through our phone provider; until it is approved, WhatsApp simply isn't offered. Meta's rules then apply: people opt in first, a message you start uses an approved template, and free-form replies only within 24 hours of their last message. Political and campaign workspaces can't use WhatsApp at all; that is Meta's policy.
